The origins of green beans we use are from Central, South America, Africa & Indonesia. All our coffee is roasted using only premium quality green beans. We roast our coffee in small batches by hand. Roasting on a bi-weekly basis, which allows the coffee time to de-gas as needed before grinding or brewing. This also ensures the orders placed have exceptional flavor & freshness. Some roasts we offer are of single origin and others have been exceptionally blended.
