We use a Diedrich Roaster, made & puchased in Sandpoint Idaho. Our Importer is Atlas Coffee Importers, out of Seattle, Wa. Atlas Importers personally work very closely with coffee farmers. Choosing our importer was one of the most important decisions we have made, in providing a quality product that we can be proud of. Both Diedrich and Atlas Importers are excellent companies to work with. We are happy to be able to support these local companies. We know where our coffee beans come from, the farms that are supported and improved by the quality relationship our importer has with them. Our company is built on the foundation of Moral Integrity.
